Monika has more than twenty years of clinical experience as a PT, treating patients in a variety of settings and using a myriad of modalities in her treatment approach. Monika’s patients include athletes competing at all levels, those suffering from chronic illness or pain, patients recovering from joint replacements, adolescent and elderly patients, and everyone in between. Monika’s drive and focus as a PT comes from her genuine desire to improve the function and overall wellness of her patients. After years working as a clinic director and PT in medical practices, national rehab clinics, and PT owned clinics, Monika realized that the best way to deliver the highest quality of physical therapy services to her patients was to open her own practice. Monika devotes one-on-one time to each patient she treats, during every visit, which allows her to establish a trusting relationship with her patients and create an individualized treatment plan for every patient. Monika is always learning, and constantly seeks to incorporate leading research and treatments to best serve her patients, educating her patients and using her manual skills to achieve the best possible outcomes.
